Our tablets use a triple-enzyme system (protease, lipase, amylase) that each targets a different type of build-up. Protease breaks down pet hair proteins, lipase dissolves oils and grease, and amylase clears detergent residue. Tea polyphenols neutralise odour without synthetic fragrance.

Generic cleaners target general limescale and mould. Our Pet Formula is specifically formulated with higher enzyme concentrations to break down pet hair and oils. Our Hard Water Formula includes sodium polyacrylate (anti-redeposition) and sodium silicate (corrosion protection) that generic cleaners don't have.

Yes. Compatible with all front loaders, top loaders, and HE machines from every major brand including Samsung, Bosch, LG, Hotpoint, Beko, and more. Septic-safe, no bleach, no harsh chemicals.

Both use enzyme cleaning and descaling. The Pet Formula has higher enzyme doses and extra surfactants to lift pet hair and oils. The Hard Water Formula has citric acid for limescale, plus sodium polyacrylate to prevent minerals re-settling. If you have pets AND hard water, either works — the Pet Formula covers limescale too.

Twice a month. Place one tablet directly in the empty drum (not the detergent drawer) and run a hot cycle at 60–90°C or use your machine's drum clean setting. For heavy build-up or strong odours, use 2 tablets.

No. The formula is septic-safe and designed for regular use. No bleach, no harsh chemicals. The Hard Water Formula includes sodium silicate which actually helps protect your machine's internal surfaces from corrosion.
